Working on Huntington’s digital experience put me inside a massive, enterprise-scale operation, which was a shift from the hands-on ownership I’m used to. Even as a small part of a much larger machine, I quickly immersed myself in the problem and began reimagining how customers move through the website to get things done. It was a powerful experience that sharpened my ability to collaborate at scale and has had a lasting impact on how I approach design at this stage of my career.

At Huntington Bank, I worked closely with multiple design leads to translate product and business requirements into clear, actionable UX solutions. By partnering with design leadership and product teams, I helped align stakeholder expectations, presented concepts to senior product leadership, and ensured designs were validated and ready for development—keeping complex enterprise initiatives moving forward with clarity and consistency.
