Design a one-size-fits-all SaaS platform, which sounds simple, but it’s actually one of the hardest UX and engineering challenges to solve. Building a single product that supports wildly different user roles, workflows, data needs, and permission levels—without turning the experience into a cluttered mess. Creating a flexible, role-aware system that can dynamically surface the right content, tools, and insights for each user type, while still feeling cohesive, intuitive, and fast.
Create a reliable way to see real-time space availability and understand how capacity is being used over time, making it difficult to make informed decisions about storage, scheduling, and future expansion. Without instant visibility and reporting on average capacity, teams are forced to rely on outdated or fragmented data, leading to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and increased operational risk.
